Magnesium fluorosilicate

Colorless or white rhombic/needle-like crystals, odorless; relative density 1.788.It is not easily deliquescent, but it readily weathers and loses its water of crystallization.;Soluble in water and dilute acids, sparingly soluble in hydrofluoric acid, insoluble in ethanol; the aqueous solution is weakly acidic. It decomposes upon dehydration at temperatures above 80°C, releasing silicon tetrafluoride gas; it reacts with bases to form fluorides and silicon dioxide. Dust irritates the skin, ocular mucosa, and respiratory tract; it is toxic.

Product Use
01

ceramic glaze fluxing: Used as a ceramic glaze additive, reduce the firing temperature, optimize the uniformity of the glaze, supporting the production line of building ceramics and enamel products. At the same time, it can also be used for weatherproof treatment on the surface of silica buildings, insect-proof fabrics, and can also be used as pesticide raw materials. The products support the supply of foreign trade REACH compliance.

02

Long-term anti-corrosion and anti-insect: It can penetrate into wood and fabric substrates, inhibit mold and moth erosion, and is suitable for outdoor wooden plank roads, fabric storage, insect prevention and other scenes.

03

Floor hardening and curing: Can penetrate into the interior of the concrete floor, fill the pores, improve the ground compressive and wear resistance, commonly used in factory buildings, garage curing floor construction.
